Institutional Agreement
By registering a school, practice, or counselor profile on MyMentorCircle, you represent that you have the authorized power to bind your institution to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Account Registration & Use
Partner institutions are responsible for keeping login credentials secure. All actions performed under an institutional account (including request for workshops, career fairs, and expert sessions) are considered authorized by the school.
2. Services Execution
MMC acts as an operational partner in delivering Career Labs, Career Fairs, and Teachers Development programs. The exact schedules, university lists, and speaker profiles will be finalized through mutual agreement via dashboard settings or service orders.
3. Intellectual Property
All training modules, compliance assessment templates, counselor toolkits, and software designs provided on the MMC platform remain the intellectual property of MyMentorCircle Inc. Co-branded event collateral may be used by the school for promotional purposes.
